Rosa's Rigatoni

Ingredients:

1 whole box (16oz/2 cups) of Rigatoni 2 pounds lean ground beef 1 jar (16oz) alfredo sauce 1 bag (16oz) frozen broccoli 1 can peas; drained 1 med white onion, diced 2 TBSP cilantro 3 TBSP Garlic (minced) Olive oil (to coat pan) Zesty Italian Seasoning (to taste)


Directions: 

  1. Cook rigatoni to desired doneness. Drain, rinse, and set aside.

  2. Cook frozen broccoli to desired doneness and set aside.

  3. Cook ground beef; add Zesty Italian seasoning and minced garlic; stir until well cooked.

  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan; add onions and cilantro and sauté; add some Zesty Italian seasoning. Add contents of pan to ground beef pan then stir in the alfredo sauce.

  5. Combine ground beef mixture, rigatoni, broccoli, and canned/drained peas to same pan; mix thoroughly and heat through over medium heat.
