Mamita's Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

6 Boneless chicken thighs 1 medium white onion, diced 2 Rice noodle cakes (or your noodle of choice) 2 TBSP minced garlic Zesty Italian seasoning to taste Bay leaf (optional)


Directions: 

  1. Boil the chicken in about 7 cups of water. Add onions, garlic, and Zesty Italian seasoning.

  2. Boil the rice noodles separately; drain and rinse.

  3. After chicken is well cooked, add the rice noodles.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
