Chicken Nachos

We met a lovely family yesterday at the Maryland Christmas Show at the Great Frederick Fair Fairgrounds and after purchasing our new sample gift box, they promptly took it home and made some AMAZING chicken nachos with our Taco Tuesday flavor! According to mom, Brittany, the dinner was quiet with no complaints and no leftovers (every mother's dinner dream)! Here is the recipe followed by yummy photos!


2 chicken breast (cooked and shredded)

1-2 tablespoons taco Tuesday salt

Tortilla chips



Sour cream

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)


1. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Set oven to broil.

2. In a bowl place shredded chicken. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of taco Tuesday salt. Mix. Add more to taste.

3. Place tortilla chips on baking sheet. Put chicken on top of chips. Sprinkle cheese over everything.

4. Place in oven and broil until cheese is melted

5. Add desired toppings and enjoy!

Cook's Notes: This fed a family of 4. It was so good and we had a very quiet dinner with no complaints (I have a 11 year old and 4 year old) We had no leftovers.
